Policies

Your time as a Jewell Aesthetics’ client is incredibly valuable and we want to ensure as smooth of an experience as possible. As providers, our time, energy and efforts are just as highly considered.

Please note, appointments are required; walk-ins are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy:

Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled time will incur a $100 cancellation fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until this is paid. This $100 will go towards your next visit. Any no call, no shows will accrue a $150 fee, and will not be able to book their next appointment until it is paid. Same as above; this $150 will serve as a credit towards the next appointment. Any repeat no call, no shows and/or cancellations outside of the 24 hour window, will no longer be seen/treated as a Jewell Aesthetics client. Emergency situations will be considered on an individual basis.

Late Policy:

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule for another day and time.

Medical Aesthetics Clearance:

Safety and evidence based practice will always be at the forefront when practicing aesthetic and wellness medicine at Jewell Aesthetics. An annual medical clearance is required by the Texas Medical Board, prior to receiving any injectable, peptide based, health oriented and/or medical grade skin rejuvenation treatment. As a new patient, this is a $60 expense taken on by you, for the initial clearance. For every Spa Kinect telemedicine thereafter, as long as you are seen by a Jewell Aesthetics' provider once every 12 months, it will be complimentary.

$125 for a 30 minute injectable/skin rejuvenation consultation; this will go towards your booked service.
